Before the processes and tools are handed over to the Service Delivery Team is it important to get formal sign-off from the Client. It is the responsibility of the Client to agree that the processes and tools are successfully implemented as per the requirements provided in the Statement Of Work.

In order to obtain sign-off from Client, typically  Engagement Manager (Transition)  needs to ensure that:

• Baselined process documentation and tools configuration are published
• All scheduled trainings are completed and supporting training material made available to all users
• Updated Risks Logs and Issue Logs are published to all stakeholders
•  All critical gaps and issues are addressed or closed.
